Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, our hassle-free Returns and Exchanges policy ensures your satisfaction. This policy applies under the following circumstances:


1. Criteria for Return & Exchange:

A return & exchange request will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is incorrect (not as per your order).
  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • To process claims for damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags, packaging, and sales invoice must be intact.
  • Return & exchange request must be raised within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Products purchased under Sale, Special Discount, or other promotional offers are not eligible for return & exchange (except in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery).
  • Items purchased from third-party platforms or retail stores are not eligible for return & exchange.
  • Reverse shipping charges for incorrect or damaged products will be borne by Weavekaari.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Steps to Return & Exchange:

  • Send an email to support@weavekaari.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  • Pack the product securely with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
  • Ship the product using a reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item:
    • If approved, a Credit Note will be issued.
    • If the item is damaged or shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the return process to be completed.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of Credit Note.
  • If the packaging is opened but the product is in perfect condition, a partial refund/credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping charges and Payment Gateway fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the full return and credit note process to be completed.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
  • Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or the shipping address changed.
