Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, our hassle-free Returns and Exchanges policy ensures your satisfaction. This policy applies under the following circumstances:
1. Criteria for Return & Exchange:
A return & exchange request will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is incorrect (not as per your order).
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- To process claims for damaged or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags, packaging, and sales invoice must be intact.
- Return & exchange request must be raised within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
- Products purchased under Sale, Special Discount, or other promotional offers are not eligible for return & exchange (except in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery).
- Items purchased from third-party platforms or retail stores are not eligible for return & exchange.
- Reverse shipping charges for incorrect or damaged products will be borne by Weavekaari.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of a Credit Note.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Steps to Return & Exchange:
- Send an email to support@weavekaari.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer care team will review your request and guide you through the process.
- Pack the product securely with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
- Ship the product using a reliable courier service.
- Once we receive and inspect the item:
- If approved, a Credit Note will be issued.
- If the item is damaged or shows signs of wear, it will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the return process to be completed.
3. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued only in the form of Credit Note.
- If the packaging is opened but the product is in perfect condition, a partial refund/credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Shipping charges and Payment Gateway fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the full return and credit note process to be completed.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or the shipping address changed.
